You must be at least 18 years old to book our services or have parental consent if you are under 18. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, particularly if we believe that providing service would violate these terms, pose a safety risk, or be inappropriate for any reason.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Corporate accounts may be eligible for credit terms as agreed upon in writing.
Additional charges may apply for services not included in the base package, such as heavy soiling, pet hair removal, or special treatments. These charges will be discussed and approved before additional work is performed.

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, certain limitations apply to our car wash and detailing services. We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or damage that may be permanent or require specialized treatment.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to paint defects, clear coat failure, rust, or other structural issues. We will document any existing damage before beginning service when possible.
Our services are designed for standard passenger vehicles. Commercial vehicles, motorcycles, boats, or other specialized vehicles may require different pricing and service approaches. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
We reserve the right to refuse service on vehicles that pose safety risks, have mechanical issues, or contain hazardous materials. We will not work on vehicles that are not roadworthy or have safety concerns.
You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is accessible for our service team and that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before service begins. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle during service.
You must provide accurate contact information and be available to answer questions or provide access to your vehicle as needed. Failure to be available may result in service delays or additional charges.
You are responsible for informing us of any special requirements, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect our service. This includes information about pets, children, or other factors that may impact our work.
You must ensure that your vehicle is in a safe condition for our team to work on. This includes ensuring that the vehicle is properly parked, accessible, and free from hazards that could pose risks to our staff.
AutoShine carries comprehensive liability insurance to protect against accidental damage to your vehicle during our service. However, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, up to the value of the service provided.
We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage that occurs after our service is completed. We are also not liable for damage caused by weather conditions or other external factors beyond our control.
In the unlikely event of damage to your vehicle, you must report it immediately to our service team and provide documentation of the damage. We will investigate all claims promptly and work with you to resolve any legitimate issues.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the damage. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or other indirect losses that may result from our service.
We stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will work to address your concerns.
Our warranty covers workmanship defects and service quality issues. It does not cover damage caused by external factors, normal wear and tear, or issues that arise after our service is completed.
Warranty claims must be reported promptly and may require inspection of the vehicle by our team. We reserve the right to determine whether a warranty claim is valid and what remedy is appropriate.
Some services, such as ceramic coating and paint protection, come with extended warranties as specified in the service agreement. These warranties are subject to proper maintenance and care as outlined in the warranty documentation.
You may cancel your service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.
If we need to cancel your appointment due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule at your convenience at no additional charge or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Refunds for completed services are only provided in cases where we have failed to meet our service standards and cannot remedy the issue through additional service. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service completion.
Partial refunds may be provided for services that are partially completed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather interruptions or vehicle accessibility issues.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings must be conducted in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. You consent to the jurisdiction of these courts for any legal matters.
